Onions are low in calories yet add abundant flavor to a wide variety of foods. With only 30 calories per serving, onions are sodium, fat, and cholesterol free, and provide dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, and other key nutrients. In addition, onions contain the antioxidant quercetin, flavonoids and several other micronutrients which are proven to reduce blood clotting and raise healthy cholesterol (high-density-lipoproteins).

 

Onions are from the same family as garlic, leeks and shallots and provide a range of nutritional benefits.

Bak Kut Teh is one of the famous chinese food among the Chinese people but not just chinese people, even some foreign people also like to eat as well. It can be your dinner, your lunch or even your breakfast. In Malaysia, there is number of places that you can have Bak Kut Teh, as for me, i would recommend this place for first introduction of Bak Kut Teh, that is in Medan Imbi of Kuala Lumpur.
